In the mobile cell phone, the earpiece or speaker is an electronic component or part that helps to hear the sound during a phone call. It is also called the speaker or ear speaker. An earpiece is controlled by audio IC or Power IC (UEEM).

• No voice during phone calls
• Low voice during a phone call.
• Sound with hindrance

Mobile phone earpiece or speaker problem and solution - How to solve earpiece or speaker fault in any mobile cell phone

• Check speaker volume during a phone call.
• If keeping the multimeter in the buzzer mode, the speaker volume is fine to check the earpiece/speaker the value must be 25 ~ 35 ohm. If the value is not between 25 ~ 35 Ohm, change the earpiece/speaker.
• If the problem is not resolved then check the circuit's track of Arpis section. Jumper is necessary wherever.
• If the problem is not solved then Heat, Reef to replace the UEm / Audio IC.
• If the problem is still not resolved then replace the heat, reball the CPU.

Note:

If low sound or voice is not clear during phone call then change the speaker.
