Release Date 7th February 2019
Motorola launched Smartphone's Moto G6 series at an event held in Brazil in April this year. The most expensive member of the G6 series, the Moto G6 Plus, was recently launched in India with a high priced price tag of Rs.22,499 (at least for its feature set).
While it's been a long time since the launch of Moto G6 Plus, the brand is already working on Moto G7 Plus. We have managed to get the device's exclusive CAD-based render; Combined with that other spec leak, we have a great idea of what Moto G7 Plus will offer to do. Take a look at this.
The alleged leaked commercial image of Moto G7 shows that the device will have a larger display of 6.4 inches. For imaging, it will have a 12MP selfie camera and 16MP + 5MP primary camera. As it was previously leaked, this device will run on Android 9.0 Pieces after launch. Leaked image shows that the Moto G7 will have a fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication, which is not surprising for this caliber smartphone. Leaks also gives us some details on its processor, although it only says that the Moto G7 will have an octa-core processor. Finally, according to the leak, the device will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. However, we suspect that there will be separate storage and RAM variants at launch. See more
The first video renderer of Moto G7 gives us a complete look of the device, which has its watermark Knotch, a dual-camera setup and a fingerprint scanner embedded in the Motorola logo on the display. Although we already knew these aspects of the device thanks to the leak, the video render shows it more clearly.
Although it is not long for the launch of the Moto G6, we already make the first look at Moto G7, if the leaks are to be believed. Leaked photos show that the Moto G7 will be Waterdrop Knoch, which is Motorola's first. The device retains the dual-camera setup in the rear just like its predecessor. There is also a fingerprint scanner that is embedded in the Motorola logo as we saw on Motorola Moto One Power ... and see
Moto G7 Plus brings great improvement to the design department of its predecessor, Moto G6 Plus. As our exclusive CAD-based renderer show, the Moto G7 will have a watermark on the display, which is the first of the brand. According to other leaks, this watermark display size 6.4 inches. Another important aspect that is revealed by our exclusive render is the dual-camera on the back, which does not surprise Moto G6 Plus. According to a supposed commercial of Moto G7, which was recently leaked, the dual camera has a 16MP primary sensor and 5G secondary sensor. This alleged commercial also says that the device has a 12MP selfie camera.
Although we still have no details on the processor whether Moto G7 Plus is going to pack, we believe it will be Snapdragon 636 or Snapdragon 660. Recently a leak has shown that the Moto G7 Plus will have 4GB RAM and 64 GB storage. However, we believe that there will be additional storage variants on offer - 3 GB + 32GB variants or 6 GB + 128 GB variants. According to the leak, the device will run Android 9 Pie out of the box, which can be true with Motorola looking at the history of OS version update faster.
Our exclusive renderers also show that the device has a Moto logo at the back, which sits right below the camera module. When we did not confirm it, we believe that this logo will be doubled as a fingerprint scanner, as we saw on Motorola Moto One Power. Last but not least, our renders also show Moto G7 plus Bottom-Mounted USB Type-C port and the 3.5mm audio jack and bottom-firing speaker.
