Do not worry, when you use the facilities, the phone will be hot. The phones have built-in security features that prevent it from being too hot. If there is a danger of this happening then it will be closed.

Heating the phone is normal because it takes full advantage of its CPU (like games, movies, music, phone calls). This will make your device feel hot Even if you are not using a phone, there are apps that are still running in the background which can contribute to the increasing temperature of the phone. Even a weak signal can make your phone too hot, even without using it.

Please check out some checkpoints to avoid heating problem during charging: 

•  Do not switch on any third party applications to GPS, Bluetooth, radio. 

•  Try disabling background running applications. 

•  Clear Browse / Browse pages .

•  That's unusual.  Have you checked whether it is happening with other chargers? Try these tips:

•  Remove any case on the device, as this could disrupt charger/port connection. 

•  Ensure that the charging cable device not only fittings snug but also is doing snug fittings in the cable charger.

•  Using verified charger - Only recommend the approved wall charger (one that has been sent with the phone). Check to make sure the charger and USB cable are both correct. 

•  Try restarting your device and putting it in safe mode. Long-press volume-down button when the phone's start-up screen is displayed. After the phone is started, "safe mode" is displayed in safe mode on the bottom left. After this, observe the phone. Once you have reviewed the phone, restart the auto-exit safe mode.
