How to solve the Lenovo k8 note, freeze at Lenovo logo problem

Try starting it in "safe mode" (the instructions below) and see if it will start there. If it does, then you have something on the device that needs to be removed. Viruses, malware, bad apps, etc. If it does not start in "safe mode", then I'll try again "hard reset" (even below the instructions). Neither should work, then you have to look at the device with a technique.

To go to "safe mode" please do the following.

1. First off the phone.

2. Hold down the next "power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

4. Once you can see the logo, release the button and allow the device to enter "system recovery mode".

5. Use the "Volume down" button to get the "Wipe Data / Factory Reset" option.

6. When recovery mode has "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons, how can you navigate and highlight what option you need?

7. Once you select "Delete Data / Factory Reset", press the "Power" button to select that option.

8. On the following screen, repeatedly press the "Volume down" button until the "Yes - Delete all user data" option is not the one that has been selected.

9. Then press the "Power" button to reset the phone to hard reset.

10. If you have taken your SD card in step 2, when the device is on and running again, then restore the SD card.
